RESERVATIONS AND REGISTRATION

To complete your reservations and registration for the Alt-Az Pasadena Workshop
you will need to follow the four steps below.

Workshop Dates: Saturday, June 6 - Sunday June 7, 2009

Step 1: Make your room reservations
Our meeting will be held just before the American Astronomical Society's June Meeting (214th) in the San Gabriel Room at the Hilton Pasadena. You are encouraged to make your reservations in the same hotel as the meeting.

Step 2: Register for the Conference
Please don't miss this step! It is critical to our scheduling and communications.

Step 3a: Read about the registration fee

  ● All workshop participants, including presenters, pay
     a registration fee and their own expenses.

● $35 fee covers conference days June 6 & 7, 2009

● Fees pay for meeting room, AV equipment,
     etc. It does not include meals, lodging,
     or other personal expenses.

● Your fee is fully refundable, no questions asked,
     before the first day of the workshop (June 6)

● Pay by Pay Pal, credit card, check or
     money order (USD)
